What are you going to do?

As Product Manager you take product ownership of the feature conceptualization and optimization process on our platform. In close corporation with our Business Development and IT teams you oversee the development of our product on either the B2C or B2B side. Your focus will center around improving the user experience of the products you work on. Our product is the fundamental base of our growth and we're dedicated to delivering a state od the art product to all our clients.

Responsibilities

Analysing the web landscape for product benchmarks and translate these into improvements for the itembase product
Developing of new product designs and features in collaboration with the Business Development and Management teams
Creating comprehensive wireframes, mockups, user flows and specifications for the IT team
Monitoring, A/B testing and evaluating the performance and of new features

Who are we looking for?

You should bring the following skills:

1-4 years working experience as a product manager
Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Management or Business Communications
Great technical understanding und curiosity about new technology and web applications
Ability to work in a very metric-driven way
Passionate about user experience and usability
Strong problem solving skills and very good communication skills
Basic work experience within the Internet industry
Fluency in English or German
