• Contacting customer via telephone/email/sms, offering various incentives which will vary according to player segment.
• VIP customer relations service
• Handle VIP promotions and events
• Survey customer satisfaction
• Provide help and suggestions for your own market
• End of month reporting
• Assist in general tasks
• Assist in covering up for other countries when other agents are on leave.
Skills & Competencies
• Native Norwegian
• Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Norwegian
• CRM, VIP handling, Sales or Customer Services experience is considered an advantage
• Clear thinking and problem solving
• Attitude in working pro-actively
• Flexible and willing to work daily / evening shifts
