For our o ce in Berlin we are looking for a Facebook Performance Marketer to start ASAP.

YOUR TASKS:

• Manage the creation of paid Facebook marketing campaigns: take charge of the creative process, coordinate merchandising, graphics and editorial stakeholders, manage landing pages
• Monitor and optimize Facebook ads across countries on a KPI basis to acquire new customers, both through Facebook Ads Manager, a 3rd party marketing tool as well as our BI front end
• Process and analyze Facebook ads raw data to derive insights on overall campaign performance and performance by segments
• Provide educated recommendations on short, mid and long-term performance optimization and implement them
• Take the lead in dedicated projects that ensure we continue to deliver state-of-the-art Facebook marketing
• Closely monitor the market, our competitors and new trends

YOUR PROFILE:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, another business related subject or a quantitative subject
• 1+ year experience in performance marketing or a comparable function in the digital space
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation
• Eagerness to take responsibility and ownership for your tasks
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong problem-solving, hands on attitude
• Well-structured, conscientious way of working with strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for art and lifestyle products as well as high internet a nity
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• Conversational knowledge of German is a plus
