Country Manager (m/f)

Your Role:
• Enter a new market
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned countries
• Draft effective market-entry strategies and localize our product to fit regional and cultural characteristics
• Set-up and continuously optimize performance-based marketing campaigns (facebook and ad-network) to acquire users
• Support sales team to generate country-specific contracts
• Create reports for management on a regular basis
• Attend industry events to strengthen and expand network in gaming industry and online advertising

Our Requirements:
• Top university / Business School or similar education, preferably with focus on business or marketing
• Experience in and passion for performance marketing and culture of respective country
• Strong analytical, organizational, sales and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and local language
• Good knowledge and network in the gaming industry
• Demonstrated capability to excel in a performance driven culture
• Ability to manage your tasks independently and proactively bring in new ideas
