Your Role
As a Client Support Agent you will offer technical support to our Advertising clients and support the Advertiser Sales Team in the same capacity
Manage and develop existing relationships with advertiser partners by monitoring and optimizing campaigns
Analyze customer needs as well as market developments and opportunities and give input to the product and marketing team
Continuously review and optimize current cooperations; analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements
What are we looking for in you?
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
Experience in and passion for Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Performance Marketing
Fluent in German and English; French and/or Spanish language is a plus
Proactive, goal-oriented approach; self-sustained and tenacious working style
