The portfolio includes companies such as Catawiki, WorldRemit, Tictail, Contorion, nu3, Lostmy.name and ZenMate.
We are looking for:
A new team member for our A-team.
Your Tasks
- You will search for potential candidates based on previously defined criteria in all relevant databases
- You will learn a lot about the different departments in our company (mainly IT) in order to specify and improve your search for candidates
- You will constantly do research on candidate search methods and elaborate new strategies
- With the help of an engaging and creative direct search message on different platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing, you will establish the first point of contact to every candidate you reach out to
- You are responsible for the general correspondence with an approached candidate including the coordination of phone calls and onsite interviews
- The maintenance and extension of our candidate network is your daily business
- You will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Team and the departments in charge
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in the studies of business administration or a related field of study
- You have a high affinity towards IT topics and are eager to expand your technical knowledge
- You know how to handle the common MS Office applications
- You have excellent communication skills, orally as well as in writing and you like to proactively engage with people
- You are ambitious and persistently work for your goals
- You are fluent in German and your English skills are very good
