TALENT RESEARCHER

Location: małopolskie / Kraków

You will:

• Research the talent pool
• Identify the potential candidates
• Execute screening of candidates
• Coordinate the recruitment process
• Help continuously improve our service to provide the best-in-class experience to the candidates and clients
• Play an instrumental role in building teams for new tech companies in Krakow

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the IT recruitment
• Willingness to deliver an outstanding experience to the candidates
• An analytical “researcher” mind
• Very good communication (verbal and written)
• High ethical and quality standards
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and LinkedIn
• Very good English
