ProntoPro.it is Italy’s largest local-service marketplace. In March 2015 we started out with 2 people and one mission: revolutionizing the local services marketplace in Italy. Since our foundation things went extremely well and we experienced rapid growth: Two years later we are more than 90 people in our Milan office and are outperforming our Italian competitors.
Now we are expanding our business into Austria and Switzerland and we are looking for brilliant people helping us dominate in those markets as well.
We are starting out at zero and want to develop a product used by millions!
And we haven’t even told you about our working conditions yet:

- Our Office: 5 minutes from Stazione Centrale in Milan, all open space
- The problems we face are hard. You will not have an easy job - we pour our hearts into it
Now we are searching for a Sales Team Leader who will lead a team of 10 people and who will sell the service of ProntoPro and manage a team perfectly in order to reach the expected revenue on a daily basis. In the end of the day he/she should be able to reflect on the achievements and strategies to assess the workflow – What worked and what should be improved?
We are searching for a person who will have direct impact on ProntoPro and its results and our company will become in a way also yours!
Your Job
- You will create a Sales plan and display the revenue of the day/month/year
- You will work very close with your team members and coach them in daily meetings
- You will select the best candidates to do so
About You
- You are a Salesman – you know how to sell and you love it
- You have experience in team leading positions, preferably in the tele-selling area
- You are a German mother tongue (a good level of English is also required as we are an international team)
- You have excellent communication skills and are open minded
- You have 2 – 5 years of experience
German mother tongue required.
