    WANTED: An ambitious, dedicated sales professional to drive video advertising revenue from key London media agencies.

     

    You will have an outstanding track record in digital sales and an excellent network in London media agencies. You will use Unruly’s full product suite to ensure that Unruly continues to be a key partner for all the client. You’ll be a source of knowledge and inspiration to agency partners – pushing the boundaries of branded content, and ensuring Unruly continues to be perceived as a true thought leader in this space. You must be able to think strategically about opportunities for revenue growth, and work with internal teams at Unruly to achieve this growth.  You’ll thrive in a target driven sales environment where you love smashing your personal goals.

    Location: London

    Employment Type:  Permanent

    Working Hours: Full time (Monday-Friday 9.30am – 6pm)

    About the Role: Mission

    Your mission will be to:

    • Significantly increase video advertising spend with Unruly from the agencies and clients falling within your customer list and deliver ongoing management and development of client relationships to ensure ongoing business.This will include Managed Service and Programmatic bookings running in the UK and internationally.

    About You: Experience

    You must have:

    • Digital media sales experience of 3+/5+years (with proof of your sales abilities)
    • A network of strong relationships and an excellent reputation with key media agency and client personnel
    • Demonstrated experience generating leads and closing new business
    • Clear demonstrable knowledge of digital, programmatic buying and emerging media landscapes
    • Demonstrated advertiser direct relationships
    • Experience achieving group goals; and not be fazed by targets and metrics
    • Experience generating revenue against personal targets(and love smashing them!)

    About You: Skills

    You must be:

    • Able to spot opportunities, set up meetings with and present to key agency personnel (typically planners, strategists, account directors, group heads) and clients (brand manager, marketing manager, head of social media etc)
    • Able to support the creative process as required, solicit briefs, write proposals, negotiate prices, and book new business
    • Able to grow relationships with  media agencies within allocated agency patch
    • Numerate: Can deliver proposals meeting both Unruly and client objectives

    • Gregarious: Enjoy being part of the media industry and building relationships will clients and agencies
    • Persuasive: Able to effectively communicate complex, creative solutions to agencies and clients who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the space

    About You: Education & Qualifications

    • Honours-level degree or equivalent preferred (University of Life also counts)
