About us:
Avempace is a Belgian startup with a focus on co-studying founded in early 2017 by two medical doctors. Our aim is to provide all the necessary tools to our students so that they can reach their academic goals: an optimal working environment, methodology classes, coaching lessons, workshops on well-being. Our new project, Build your future, aims to ensure that our student have access to the best jobs on the market after graduation.
Main tasks:
- Managing day to day activities
- Coming up with new project ideas and participating in ongoing ones
- Running the study space and organising schedules
- Being the contact person between students, coaches and managers
- Creating social media content - special focus on Instagram + Facebook Community
- Liaising with project partners and other stakeholders
- Organising events at Avempace, i.e. information sessions, workshops and seminars
- Representing Avempace at networking events, conferences and receptions
Requirements and skills:
- Candidates must have proficiency in spoken and written French
- University student close to graduation with an interest in project management
- Entrepreneur mind-set - a positive "can do" attitude and looking for new challenges
- Creativity
- Good organisation skills and attention to details
- Being able to work independently
