Job description

Geoblink is looking for a Product Manager with proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams to spearhead the evolution of our world-class geolocated Business Intelligence tool, evaluating roadmap and user requirements, defining new features to be added and coordinating the implementation with a variety of teams upon project completion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years agile product management experience
  • BA/BS on business, engineering or related field
  • Impeccable writing and oral communication skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teams across the organization
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Experience managing and leading a team to meet aggressive goals
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
  • Strong understanding of current technologies and standards, and how the digital ecosystem is evolving
  • Experience collecting user feedback and understanding customer pain points
  • Empathy for our users and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience with Saas solutions, Geolocated statistics o Business Intelligence is a plus

Your perfect week might include a user story mapping session; deep diving for insights in your analytics dashboard; discussing with stakeholders the perfect balance of optimisation and innovation; reviewing and signing off stories and celebrating wins with the team!
  • You speak the language of sales, marketing, and can adapt your communication style depending on your audience.
  • Driven by KPIs and evidence and you’re able to clearly define commercial impact of your product initiatives.
  • You focus on business outcomes, not just product outputs.
  • You put customers at the very centre of your actions, meaning that real, actionable customer insights rock your world.
  • You value user research and actively seek out opportunities to understand customer needs for quick wins and as the basis for innovation.
  • You love meeting customers face to face and listening to their feedback using your product.

You will:

  • Know your customers, their problems and be an expert on the market and competitors.
  • Run product discovery and come up with highly-valuable, validated initiatives.
  • Define KPIs, analyse the impact of product features and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Own the product backlog, clearly articulating and agreeing the user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritisation to ultimately help deliver the overall product vision and drive commercial value.
  • Perform research of data sources that can extend or improve the product.
  • Continue the international expansion of our product.
  • Work and inspire a full stack, cross-functional development team to deliver great features.
  • Be available for the team in all the Scrum ceremonies.
  • Be a partner of the sales & marketing teams, capturing their feedback and making sure they’re always informed on what’s coming.
