Responsibilities
- Process daily orders and incoming transactions.
- Handle customer support requests via email.
- Identify and detect suspicious and fraudulent transactions.
- Constantly improve processes and suggest topics for automation.
Who we’re looking for
- 1+ years experience in customer success, customer service, or operations.
- German language skills (Dutch is a plus; French, Spanish or Italian nice to have).
- Ability to communicate well with customers in writing.
- A team player.
- “Can-do-attitude” -- you roll up sleeves and lead by example.
