Responsibilities?
As Barcelona Operations Manager you´ll oversee that our service given is up to Propify standards.
To achieve the expected goals, you´ll need to have enough long-term rentals property management knowledge, be in constant contact with the parties involved (property managers, landlords, tenants, and service providers), and be always open for new learnings and ways to approach issues.
Your responsibilities include (but aren´t limited to):
- Property managers hiring strategy.
- Property managers training plan.
- Property managers service quality, follow up, and screening.
- Property managers support.
We´re an early-stage startup, even if with big goals, everyone in the team should be ready to get out of their comfort zone, get their hands dirty, and open to take on any other task that isn´t in his/her job description.
