Taxfix is a well-funded tech startup in the heart of Berlin. It is our mission to make tax declarations easy!
We believe that everybody, regardless of their income, deserves to get the maximum out of their tax returns. Taxfix allows everyone to file taxes in 27 minutes on the mobile phone, without any knowledge about taxes, no stress, and no forms. Our team has a proven record in creating products that help people improve their lives. We share a passion for product development and a great user experience. We are a nice, small and international team, with a hard-working attitude, non-bureaucratic processes and open communication.
The role:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team!
You will own all Office management aspects, from admin to processes implementation.
You will coordinate services and products suppliers, purchasing/budget management and preparation of reports.
You will constantly strive to improve our new office with suggestions and ideas.
You will support the CEO with the Finance/Accounting of the company.
You will do travel arrangements.
You will support the Head of Talent Acquisition organising company events & activities.
You will support the Head of Talent Acquisition with On-boarding & Off-boarding new employees.
You will support HR Administration.
You will have the opportunity to take part on HR & Recruitment projects.
You are the right fit for the team if:
You have experience in Office Management, Finance / Accounting or Customer Service.
You are an excellent communicator, outgoing, good with people and with a positive attitude.
You are a creative person that likes to come up with ideas to improve company space & culture.
You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty, eager to learn and take new responsibilities.
You are fluent in German and English.
You are able to work independently and own a project, but you also love teamwork!
You are pragmatic and work autonomously with a strong positive attitude and overcome challenges with passion.
