We are looking for a Junior Growth Hacker to double the audience of the free HIGH5 strengths test.
The main goal will be to discover and apply numerous growth hacking techniques with the objective to beat the organic growth of the project. It is all about constant experimentation, learning from mistakes and bringing what works forward.
It's not an opportunity for faint hearted as you shouldn't be afraid of mistakes and failing until stumbling upon what works.
It's not a position for whose who need a baby sitter - Growth Hacking is about taking action and learning from it. Hence, the ideal candidate should have strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, autonomy and getting things done attitude.
It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who would loves to learn, is excited about fast changing environments, loves to experiment, has interest in Growth Hacking and making positive social change across the world.

- Hours: min 10h per week if combined with studies OR min 30h per week if taken as internship
