Your role in this journey
For our Munich office we are looking for a part-time IT support technician (m/f) for 20 hours per week. Your tasks will include:
- Purchase technical equipment and submit claims for defective items
- Manage the inventory of laptops, printers, licenses and mobile phones
- Support the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Manage virtual VoIP system and setup new phones
- Support the team with technical problems (software, hardware, office equipment)
- Support cross-functional projects (e.g. data security, office security)
Your backpack is filled with
- Technical education or strong personal interest for IT
- Very good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good communication skills and willingness to help others
- Very good German and English skills
- Ability to work at least 4 days per week
