We are looking for a qualified HR / Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Berlin Team to serve/manage in the Human Resources department and assist in the maintenance, implementation, and compliance of internal and external HR regulations. The candidate will work out of our Berlin office. The candidate must have a demonstrated commitment to the development and success of employees with end-to-end recruitment experience and knowledge in adtech recruiting to help us grow our fantastic team. You should be highly deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Have end-to-end recruitment responsibility for a defined part of the business to find and attract the best talent for TAB within Europe and beyond
- Develop and optimise tools, methods and processes to attract and hire top candidates
- Organise and participate in recruiting events and help us to shape our Employer Brand
- Manage key HR projects and activities to make TAB a top employer in the industry
Requirements
- A strong track record of successful recruitment in a adtech environment/company
- Solid experience in direct sourcing for niche profiles in highly competitive markets
- Conceptual strengths and analytical skills, paired with hands-on mentality
- Very good English language skills
- A university degree
- Lots of drive, charm, humor and everything else that´s needed for being a strong Recruiter and a great team member
