We’re looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to join one of Berlin’s fastest growing operations teams. If you’re a born leader with a passion for negotiation and motivating others, we invite you to keep on reading.

Founded in 2014, Zizoo is driven by an ambitious Sales Team of 14 people based in Berlin and operating worldwide (with a focus on DACH). We’re looking for aggressive international market expansion and continue growing revenues 300% YoY. The Head of Sales will report directly to the COO; our ideal candidate excels at measuring and encouraging performance (for example, via phone tracking) as well as driving people and revenues.

The position is available ASAP and based in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and be accountable for the entire sales organisation
  • Provide daily feedback and support to your team
  • Oversee daily performance and hold regular 1:1 meetings
  • Constantly improve the team’s skills by providing effective training and workshops
  • Work closely with the HR department to recruit new Sales Agents and grow the team with strong assets
  • Develop a per-country approach to improve different units simultaneously
  • Own the booking process and optimise continuously
  • Keep team spirit and motivation high at all times

Your profile:

  • You have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a comparable management function
  • You are talented and motivated; you are objective and collected in all circumstances
  • You are business driven - failure on your KPIs is not an option
  • You are extremely dedicated to the company success and you’re able to work independently with your team
  • You have an affinity with E-travel or E-commerce organisation
  • You are fluent in English (German and/or additional language is a plus)
