Barcelona Code School is the place to learn web development focusing on JavaScript and cutting edge stack which includes Node.js, React.js, Meteor.js and MongoDB. We strive to provide best student experience and practical hands-on skills.
Our team consists of young and passionate developers willing to share their knowledge and prepare students for the entry level developers positions, freelancing or building their own prototype for a startup.
We have created amazing product – curriculum to turn a beginner coder into a web developer with unique student driven approach. This person will be responsible for attracting new students and company’s growth.
Brief Goals Of The Growth Hacker
Sales activities execution: maintain the high bootcamp groups occupancy rate and achieve set sales goals
Use all possible means to reach out to prospective students through online campaigns, organic content, events, collaborations and partnerships
Conceptualize and create campaigns thanks to growth hacking tricks: we hope you know all of them and have tons of ideas!
Be involved in the alignment process of sales and marketing materials for all projects: organic content, presentations, website pages, events, partnerships, etc.
Engage external communities through various networking and matchmaking activities
Report and provide feedback on your activities
Provide with data and samples of competitors' marketing strategies and materials
Proactively suggest marketing and communication content implementation on social media posts, ads, landing pages
Analyze and summarize web data: analytics, campaigns, social media and create a big cloud data storage
Be involved in the decision making process of choosing new marketing paths: Google ads, Twitter ads, displays, offline, etc.
Investigate, research and anticipate the students’ needs
REQUIREMENTS:
You have a proven and successful relevant experience in Digital Marketing and Growth Hacking
Fluent English and Spanish, confidence with creating marketing content which is tech related (no coding knowledge per se but need to understand our product)
You have a basic knowledge of Google tools and MacOS office productivity tools
You have a passion for creating and spreading the content, love to talk to real people online and offline
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you think as a serial marketer
You like numbers, analytics and can handle them, you love bring order to unstructured data
You are organized and you take deadlines seriously
