You will join a motivated, ambitious, young, and newly formed team that will manage the complete software development process, from conception to field validation.
Functions

Participate in the product conception, providing a technical point of view and advocating new technologies whenever required

Write code alongside the other members of the team

Direct Involvement into sprints – from specifications to delivery, from production to debugging

The write-up of English documentation and definition of unit tests

Expected mentoring role by the guidance of junior developers towards success

3+ years experience as the technical lead

Mandatory fluency in English – to communicate with the Geneva and Boston teams

Experience as senior/lead developer within an agile environment

Excellent skills in Javascript

Knowledge of frameworks like Angular 2/4/5 or React
-
Knowledge of Node.js
-
Experience with Git or similar version control software

Self-starting, technically focused and team-oriented personality

Good communication skills
