Job Description:
We’re looking for a Finance and Regulation Manager (f/m) to join our payment expert team. Task and responsibilities are (but not limited to):
• Lead, plan and implement financial compliance and regulations
• Implementing and maintaining an annual compliance oversight and monitoring Program
• Implement and lead all processes regarding financial regulation and compliance
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives related to controls utilizing various tools and methodologies
• Interact with external entities, lawyers and other financial institutions and represent Fraugster and our interests
• Financial and risk management
Skills & Requirements:
• 4 + years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a consulting position is a plus, experience in a role auditing
or supervising insurance companies and/or banks would be great
• Bachelor or Master degree (legal, business or a similar degree ) highly
preferred
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and laws in the area of
compliance and regulation
• Understanding of BaFin regulations, processes and all related entities
• Applied knowledge risk management frameworks and governance
• An analytical and detail oriented way of working is important
• Ability to influence people using sound judgement and successful
execution
• Solid understanding of finance and financial controlling
