Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f)

With its unique organisational structure featuring 100 operational experts, Project A offers its portfolio companies hands-on support in the areas of IT, Marketing & Brand Building, Business Intelligence, Sales and Recruiting. The portfolio includes companies such as Catawiki, WorldRemit, Tictail, Contorion, nu3, Lostmy.name and ZenMate.

A new team member for one of our portfolio companies.

YOUR TASKS

• Beeing the "right hand" of the Managing Director, supporting him in all aspects of the daily business
• Supporting the team in Office Management duties to provide everything the team needs to do an awesome job
• Managing the duties of the Managing Director
• Arranging appointments with clients

YOUR PROFILE

• You love tech start-ups and new technologies. Daily business challenges inspire your ambition and curiosity
• You possess professional experience in the position as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Directorin internet startups, top-­tier business consulting or investment banking
• You have first professional experiences in Office Management
• You are interested in a full time position
• You are the organized and detail type of person, that loves to get down to the nitty gritty part of things
• You are fluent and eloquent in the German and English language
• You enjoy taking over responsibility, work independently
• You have excellent communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail
• You are a pro­active problem solver and have a strong hands-­on mentality
• You are looking for a big challenge and want to have impact in transforming a huge market
