We are looking for an independent and reliable Event Coordinator for the 100 Point Challenge team in Gothenburg. Who we are

100 Point Challenge is an events and tourism business, specialising in unique city-experience games. We are currently expanding our presence globally, as we take a game concept designed in Stockholm and apply it to other cities around the world. Currently we are two full time employees and five part time challenge leaders. Our goal is to be the #1 outdoor activity choice for company team building and destination group events. The job

We are looking for an organised, pro-active, and reliable person to lead our business in Gothenburg with support from our HQ in Stockholm. As Event Coordinator you will be the lead staff member involved in the delivery of our business in Gothenburg, including:

  • Storing and managing game materials (game preparation)
  • Leading challenges
  • Managing on site communication with clients
  • Content generation - visual (photography)
  • Assist in fixing issues arising and adjusting our products and processes accordingly
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as we grow our business

The role is casual/part time but may develop depending on the candidate profile and growth of the business.

Job requirements

  • Have at least two years of sales, marketing or customer service experience from the tourism or hospitality industry
  • Can be flexible with work hours (and work on a Saturday) as we need to cover events all year round (although we are busiest during the summer months)
  • Fluency in Swedish (essential) and comfortable speaking English
  • Residing in Gothenburg
