TAB is looking for a qualified Account Manager who will work under the direction of both the Senior Account Manager and Managing Director in managing all aspects of our campaigns to ensure performance is above expectations while updating, educating and building relationships with our advertisers. The candidate will facilitate the management of all aspects of the campaign from the pre-sale cycle through the post-sale cycle providing a beginning-to-end amazing experience for TAB’s advertiser/agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and execute mobile advertising campaigns with guidance of Senior Account Managers
  • Understand client objectives, analyze account performance and provide strategic optimization recommendations to maximize account growth and retention
  • Quality assurance, testing links, and troubleshooting all technical issues with the integration engineer or IT teams
  • Cultivate relationships with agency contacts to manage the advertising campaign and optimize performance
  • Manage, retain, and grow campaigns through pro-active advertiser engagement strategies
  • Resolve account issues pro-actively and expediently; work cross departmentally for issue resolution when needed
  • Work with and support sales team in building campaign proposals – including excel spreadsheets, PPT, word documents, emails, etc.
  • Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients' needs.
  • Support Sales in managing and executing strategic sales opportunities

Requirements

  • 1.5-3 years of online/mobile programmatic media buying
  • BA/BS required
  • Must have strong Excel skills and analytical skills
  • The candidate will have worked with various 3rd party DSP’s, Trading Desks, exchanges, and various SSP’s on the programmatic level
  • Must be an expert in buying high volumes of traffic on CPM, CPC, CPA, CPI basis, while having an expertise of performance marketing funnels
  • Must have familiarity with the programmatic digital ecosystem such as exchanges, DSP’, SSP’s and media exchange outlets such as Doubleclick, Openx, Rubicon, Appnexus
  • Basic familiarity with general web technologies used by ad codes (HTML, JavaScript, Flash, etc.) or a strong willingness to understand
  • Ability to create ad tags and floodlight tags, and implement media vendor pixels is required, and familiarity with VAST, VPAID video formats are a plus
  • Has the insight and the ability to utilize DMP’s, data sets, and 1st party data on how to target relevant key metrics and KPI’s
  • Experience with programmatic media buying on open market, PMP, and header bidding
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and effective problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with online advertising; video, networks, SSPs/DSPs, and exchange platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive client-facing research
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with tableau is a plus
