At TransferGo we believe transferring money internationally should be frictionless and accessible. We aim to make life easier for anyone sending money abroad by removing the processes and fees that traditional banks and cash bureaus have.
We are a fast growing FinTech company with an international team of 60 employees, great product (providing web & mobile experience) and a service available in 45 countries. We completed our Series A funding round in June 2016, backed by Vostok Emerging Finance.
At the moment we’re looking for an ambitious and bright individual to accelerate the growth of TransferGo services through digital marketing channels. If you're looking for a company where you can grow fast both professionally and personally, you might have just found it!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow performance activities in PPC, Social, Display and Affiliate networks
- Manage marketing budget and forecast to deliver efficient return on investment
- Test new strategies to open new acquisition channels/affiliates/partners and take them to scale
- Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure strategies are in line across all channels
- Test, launch and scale digital customer acquisition ideas
- Implement and report on Test and Learn programmes
- Communicate learnings and insights learned through campaigns across the company
- Manage relationship with vendors, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunity areas for growth and optimization
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience running digital marketing campaigns, preferably inhouse.
- Significant PPC experience and proven history of successful delivery of large, complex PPC campaigns
- Experience in reporting, tracking and analytics including but not limited to GA and Adwords
- Experience of digital creative development and production, of data analysis and customer targeting, of test and learn strategies and of campaign execution
- Analytical, numerate and business-minded
- A positive "can do" approach, displaying drive, passion, enthusiasm and innovative thinking
