Customer Service Representative (Consumer Finance) – Internship, China
Job Description:
- Making monthly loan sales volume standard by soliciting loans on the telephone and at the counter
- Contacting customers with past due accounts for collections, answering the telephone, posting counter payments
- Computing cash to customer and completing loan documents
- Taking and processing credit loan applications
- Preparing daily banking deposit, balancing cash drawers each day, maintaining a cash count record, and other cashier related duties
Requirements:
- You currently possess or are working to acquire a Bachelor’s in business or you currently possess or are working to acquire an MBA degree / related field.
- Fluent in English
- You exhibit excellent communication skills
- Have a pleasant, positive attitude every day, outgoing personality, and higher than average energy level
- Ability to deal with a range of people in different roles, both inside and outside the organization.
