This involves operating and executing marketing campaigns and hands-on management of multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM/paid), search engine optimization (SEO/unpaid), social (virality, paid and unpaid), and content advertising.

Customer service and retention/engagement focusing on getting acquired customers to stay engaged including messaging (email, chat, in app) to interact with customers, follow up with and incentivize users, as well as re-targeting campaigns.

Marketing communications aka “MarCom” (and PR), defining the company’s and executive narratives, working with media, through conferences, and other avenues to raise awareness and understanding.

Brand positioning developing and refining what the Barry brand is – including positioning the brand relative to its competitive set - based on market traction, customer feedback, desired differentiation, and more.

We expect and appreciate you to have:

  • Background in building and launching new digital services or products.
  • Understanding of the “new economy” businesses and business models, by leading marketing, sales or a company
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on attitude and approach to acquire users and customers
  • Ability to run multiple projects and launch process at the same time
  • Experience in both established consumer businesses or startups
  • Fluent, vocal, creative and expressive in content creation. Native Danish, excellent in English, written and spoken
  • Passion for disruption, growth, constant learning on growth hacking and startup mindset
  • Capability and ability to recruit and lead a small customer service team.
