Description
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales & business development in fast growing SaaS or Real Estate companies
- Native/Fluent in 2+ languages: English, German, Swedish, Spanish, French, Italian
- Number-driven, analytical thinking (sales funnel, conversion rates, CAC / CLV, EBITDA)
- Ability to deliver a data driven pitch and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Good understanding of residential real estate markets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, self-driven, strong growth mindset
- BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
What should be done:
- Acquire new B2B customers (real estate professionals) in Spain, Portugal, DACH, France, Italy
- Sell additional services to existing business partners
- Expand business to new categories (new business development)
- Collaboration with marketing and lead generation teams
- Build and manage a business development pipeline
- Client relations
