    Description

    FloraQueen is currently launching a new business line & a brand image project. We are looking for European business developers/sales representative interns, to assist with the launch. Full training would be put in place from day one to make sure you know the role inside and out, and to give you the best opportunity possible to excel.

    Typical tasks would include:

    • Forecasting sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/model and evaluating their effectiveness
    • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Understanding customer needs and requirements
    • Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
    • Closing the sale process
    • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
    • Maintaining the company's existing relationships
    • Researching and comparing competitors strategies and products
    • Supporting the team through administrative duties.

    The ideal candidate personality and qualifications:

    • A student keen to begin his career
    • Strong, confident communication skills and a good telephone manner
    • Self-motivation and dedication is a must
    • Analytical thinkers and problem solvers
    • Set priorities and follow through on commitments
    • Work effectively with diverse groups of people
    • Demonstrate creativity, innovation and initiative
    • High level of English or Spanish
    • Experience in sales, or e-commerce is a definite bonus
    • Native Italian, French, German or Spanish
