Ready for Takeoff: Some last-minute info regarding this year’s EU-Startups Summit tomorrow in Barcelona!

We’re looking forward to meet about 695 of you tomorrow at the Auditori AXA for this year’s EU-Startups Summit! Please note that there won’t be ticket sales at the event venue. So if you’re not on our attendee list, you won’t be able to join us.

For the registration tomorrow, there is no need to bring paper tickets to the venue – just tell us your name at the entrance (and have your ID card with you). During the day we’ll have up to 23° – mostly sunny, which is perfect, since we won’t really operate a wardrobe at the event. 🙂 So if you can, please avoid to bring luggage, laptops or big/warm jackets to the venue. Instead, bring an open mind, maybe some business cards, and some good mood! 🙂

The Auditori AXA is located at Avinguda Diagonal 547 and can be easily reached via TRAM and bus. At the event, we’ll have an awesome crowd of international startup founders, investors, media people and corporates. Tickets and the current state of the attendee list can be found here.

The doors of the EU-Startups Summit open at 10am. The main stage agenda can be found here and the 2nd stage agenda can be found here. Aside of the stage program, and the networking opportunities in the morning, during lunch break, and at the after-party, we’ll have 4 networking sessions planned for different topics. The networking sessions will take place at Sala Wim, which is located on the ground floor, next to the reception desk. At 11.45-12.15 you’ll meet people there who are interested in AI / Robots, at 13.15-13.45 you’ll meet Fintech / Blockchain enthusiasts, at 15.40-16.10 you’ll meet people interested in Travel tech and at 16.15-16.45 you’ll meet SaaS enthusiasts.

As mentioned before, we’ll also have nice after-party (starting at 8pm) for those of you who would like to continue the networking and to have some drinks together. For this purpose, we rented the El Mama exclusively for attendees of the EU-Startups Summit. The place is limited to 350 people, so if you’d like to join us, please secure your spot on the guest list now by adding yourself to this Doodle list.
