Julie Desk, the AI-powered virtual assistant that automatically organizes meetings, carries on its growth and secured € 600K from SIDE Capital.
Launched in 2015, Julie Desk revolutionizes timetable management and has already several hundreds of clients. The fresh capital will enable the Paris-based startup Julie Desk to hire programmers and data scientists, in order to handle more than 80% of requests through their Artificial Intelligence algorithms. Furthermore, to keep their 20% monthly growth, Julie Desk will also increase its sales and marketing teams.
During this crucial period of high growth, SIDE’s investment in Julie Desk’s will allow the three co-founders to benefit from a “side by side” coaching. They will also have the expertise and guidance from investing-entrepreneurs from SIDE such as Marc Adamowicz, Happyview’s CEO, Julien Hervouet, iAdvize’s CEO, or Bertrand Jelensperger, from LaFourchette.
Julien Hobeika, Julie Desk’s CEO, stated: “Our ambition is to make Julie Desk a major actor in the human-machine interface on-going revolution: inevitably, graphic interfaces as we know them, will disappear for an interaction with the machine only relying on a natural language. This fundraise will enable us to speed up our technological and commercial development”.

Thanks to a learning algorithm developed by the start-up, Julie adapts itself to habits and to each ones’ tastes.
