The leading job board for startup jobs in Europe

Our Job Board here at EU-Startups.com just broke a new record. Right now, we have exactly 125 job openings from some of the hottest startups available!

As this section has been growing, we have been thinking about what we could improve. In addition to design and functionality improvements, we thought it might be a good idea to charge a little amount of money for each job posting. This will not only help us to keep EU-Startups.com alive, but also to ensure the quality of the Job Board overall. Why is this? One example is that some startups are posting over 15 startup jobs at the same time, while others are just posting one. Our guess or fear is, that a few companies are doing that mainly because it’s free and because the job postings are generating attention and some “link juice”. If we charge – just a little bit – job seekers are probably going to see more serious job offers. Don’t worry we will keep it affordable!

Let us know what you think. Should we charge? What should we charge?
