The UK-based startup Songkick today announced a brand new iPhone app which will keep its users updated with music concerts happening in their area.
So how does it work? With this new app, which can be downloaded for free, you can now walk around with “100,000 concerts in your pocket”. The Songkick app will scan your music library and create a personalized calendar based on your favorite bands and your location.
London-based Songkick was founded in 2007. Their new app, which has been in the works for quite some time, was made by the Danish app developer Shape and some key members of the Songkick team. Check out the following video which Songkick made to showcase their new iPhone app:
