Swedish knowledge market Mancx receives $1.1 million in funding

Mancx, the Stockholm-based transactional knowledge market, has just raised $1.1 million in funding (Update – January 2023: The startup seems to be no longer in business under this name and we therefore deactivated the link).

The fresh capital in this second round of funding came from the company’s founders, as well as investors Nils-Robert Persson, Bo Axel Ax:son Johnson, among others. The funds will be used for some bigger marketing projects and for the further development of their transactional marketplace.

Mancx was founded in September 2009 and launched its knowledge marketplace two months ago. The young Swedish company describes itself as the first international marketplace for trading individual knowledge.
