Austria-based company rating site kununu is, according to newest press reports, now profitable.
kununu was founded about three and a half years ago, and currently makes roughly €1 million in revenue, supporting a team of about 12 employees. So how does it work? On kununu’s website, employees can rate the companies they are working for, or have worked for, with a standardized questionnaire. This information is extremely useful for prospective employees, who can check out how it really is to work at a new employer.
The site is only available in German speaking countries like Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the moment, with the company’s headquarters being based in Vienna.
